Shawn ClarkManaging Director, Asia
Shawn Clark is the Managing Director, Asia, for the legal business of LexisNexis. He is responsible for developing strategies to expand the adoption of online information-based products and services, including litigation and practice management solutions that further the company’s strong growth in the region.
Mr. Clark has been with LexisNexis for more than 19 years and has held various leadership roles in both the U.S. and Asia, including editorial, product management and acquisition integration. Most recently, Mr. Clark served as Director, Strategy and Marketing for the Asia business, after starting in the region in 2007 as Director of Business Development and Strategy, Asia Pacific.
Prior to that, Mr. Clark held roles in the U.S. Legal Markets, where he led strategy and business development for Client Development and was also responsible for product management, editorial development, and acquisition planning and integration.
Mr. Clark studied Economics at Rutgers University and received his Masters of Business Administration from New York University.
Mr. Clark is based in Singapore and reports directly to Mike Walsh, the Chief Executive Officer for the legal business. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, catching up on American football, photography, and travelling.
